Need help? Please see below for instructions on using the client portal to send us a file.
- Click HERE to visit the Client Portal (You may bookmark this page on your browser.) Portals can be accessed and run from a computer or your mobile app.
- Enter your Username and Password. If you have already established a Username and Password but have forgotten them, click on the link Forgot Username/Password to reset.
- If you are a new user, or if you have not used the portal in the past, please contact us so that we can send an activation email. The activation email is good for 48 hours.
- Once logged in, you can begin exchanging files and other information in the portal.
- Click the three dots next to your user name to log out or edit your account information and your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings.
- You can download and upload files to and from the portal from the files tab.
- Files sent to you from our office display in the “From Preparer” section. To download a file, simply click the file name.
- Send files to us in the “To Preparer” section. Click the upload icon and browse to the location of the file on your computer. Select it and click upload file.
- When you’re done, log out by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of your screen.
